1.-Order modifications
Any order not giving rise to modifications notified by email or telephone to the JYANN company following the confirmation of the order, will be considered as accepted and final.
Any modification of the order requested by the Customer can only be taken into account insofar as the latter intervenes at the latest one day (twenty four hours) after the order if the shipment has not been made. These modifications may be taken into account depending on the available stock..
2.- Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3.- Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please note that the following fees will be deducted from your refund:
- PayPal transaction fees
- Return shipping costs with DHL
These fees will not be at the expense of the jYANN company.

4.- Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and PayPal transaction fees will be deducted from your refund.
5.- Prior information for the communication of personal data to other parties in case of merger / absorption
In the case of a merger, acquisition or any other form of transfer of assets, the confidentiality of personal data is guaranteed and the User is informed before they are transferred or when they are subject to new rules of confidentiality.
